Indoor Play

At Hillel Day Camp, indoor play is bursting with creativity, energy, and exploration! For Summer ’25, we’re proud to offer an incredible range of specialties that keep campers engaged, inspired, and always discovering something new. From hands-on projects in Art, Painting, and String Art, to high-tech adventures in our state-of-the-art Tech Lab and Robotics center, there's something for every interest. Campers can channel their inner rock star in Music, learn new moves in Dance, or sharpen their focus and discipline in Karate. Whether they’re conquering challenges in Extreme, strategizing in 7 Flags, or simply letting their imagination run wild, indoor play at Hillel is where passion meets purpose—and every moment is a memory in the making!

Outdoor Fun

Outdoor play at Hillel Day Camp is all about sunshine, smiles, and serious fun! Campers enjoy our state-of-the-art playgrounds, designed with age-appropriate structures that inspire climbing, sliding, and endless adventure. Add in the thrill of giant bouncy houses and cool-down excitement with daily sprinkler fun, and every day feels like a celebration. Plus, our twice-daily swim program—featuring both instructional and free swim—takes place in our beautiful, crystal-clear pools under the watchful care of certified lifeguards. Whether they're splashing with friends or gaining confidence in the water, outdoor play at Hillel is the perfect mix of safety, activity, and pure joy.

Everlasting Friendships

At Hillel Day Camp, we believe that some of the best friendships are made in the warmth of summer—and they last a lifetime. We intentionally bring children together from a wide range of schools and communities, creating a beautiful tapestry of connection and shared experience. From day one, we foster friendships through thoughtful team-building activities within learning groups, bonding during meaningful tefillah, and working together in impactful chessed programming. Our late-night events, like the CIT Bonfire and Movie Night or the exciting 4th and 5th grade Pizza Making experience, give campers extra time to laugh, connect, and create memories beyond the regular day. It’s in these moments—whether working side by side or just having fun—that campers form the friendships that make Hillel feel like home.

Sports

At Hillel Day Camp, sports are more than just games—they’re a chance to build skills, confidence, and camaraderie. With a wide variety of athletic offerings, every camper finds their place on the field, court, or track. Our dynamic sports program includes competitive leagues, spirited intramurals, and exciting inter- and intra-bunk matchups that keep the energy high all summer long. From classic favorites like basketball, soccer, and volleyball to camp staples like gaga, relay races, softball, and dodgeball, there’s something for every athlete—whether they’re just starting out or chasing the championship. At Hillel, sports are a celebration of teamwork, effort, and fun!

Adventures

On-campus special events at Hillel Day Camp are nothing short of spectacular, creating unforgettable moments that bring campers together in excitement and joy. From our beloved annual Shabbos Nachamu concert to jaw-dropping acrobatic and basketball shows, captivating magicians, and spirited in-house parades, there’s always something amazing happening just around the corner. This summer, we’re taking the fun global with **#HillelAdventures**, a journey around the world where each week campers “visit” a new country and dive into its culture through food, games, and themed activities. Whether they’re competing in the Olympics or tasting delicious chicken souvlaki during Greece Week, campers experience the magic of travel—no passport required!

Epic Trips

Trips at Hillel Day Camp are a highlight of the summer, offering campers and counselors the chance to step out of the everyday and into adventure! Whether we’re soaring on roller coasters at Six Flags, bouncing through obstacle courses at Urban Air, exploring the thrills of Area 53, playing laser tag at Active Kidz, or enjoying a classic day of fun at the bowling alley, each trip is packed with excitement and opportunity. These outings give campers the chance to try new things, build confidence, and create lasting memories with their friends and counselors. More than just a break from routine, our trips are a meaningful extension of the camp experience—filled with joy, laughter, and bonding that carries back with us to Hillel.

From a surprise concert with Nissim Black 🎤🎶 to our annual Rikudia, beautifully choreographed by Morah Tali and MC’d by Naz 💃🕺—the energy never stopped!

We packed the week with our pre-Shabbos dance party 🪩, petting zoo 🐐, sports playoffs 🏀, art & painting 🎨, baking 🧁, and so much more!

Then it was time for Color War breakout—with Bingo for 6th–9th grade and a Silent DJ for 2nd–5th grade! 🎧

And then… COLOR WAR BEGAN! ❤️💙

An unforgettable week filled with ruach, smiles, music, competition, and memories! ✨
